Jermaine Pennant, the Premier League footballer, has been arrested after allegedly punching a woman in the face in a nighclub.
The 29-year-old Stoke City player is accused of assaulting Jenna Timmis, who claimed to be a friend of his partner.
He is alleged to have clashed with the 31-year-old after she confronted him, claiming he was flirting with other women at exclusive Circle Club in Manchester in the early hours on Sunday.
A witness told The Sun: “This girl started to have a real go at him saying, ‘You’ve got a baby, you got my friend pregnant and now you are here with other girls’.
“Afterwards he was dragged outside. She was pretty upset with him.” Continue Reading….
