It has been announced that The World Boxing Council has given London boxer Dereck Chisora an indefinite ban after his ridiculous brawl with “retired” boxer David Haye during a post-fight press conference several weeks ago.

damn… an indefinite ban…… thats a bit harsh
It’s funny to me how we can say knocking the ‘ish out of someone in the ring is acceptable but outside the ring it isn’t. Some of these boxers are trained to be ruthless barbaric animals. I’m not condoning his actions just highlighting that it’s another of society’s double standards…
I have always wondered why boxing encourages all this getting in your face antics before matches or towards the build up of matches, i mean sometimes it looks fake as hell, i don’t know whether it really makes the boxers dislike each other before the match so that at the match they can bring that anger. I am no boxing fan anyway. But is this any different from what they do on a daily basis?
I am a boxing fan and I box, all the hype is to sell tickets most of the time it’s not real. If you don’t understand boxing you think all people do is just beat the s**** out of each other but it’s a sport of skill and discipline, if not at all like a streetfight watch a streetfight and then watch boxing it’s complety different, a streetfight doesn’t last more than 2 minutes, as soon as you lose your temper in boxing you lose the fight, because it’s a game of strategy. Derek Chisora is a fool and a loser same as David Haye
