  1. Oh dear Josephine (her real name) she looks a hotmess. I followed her on Twitter for about a week. This girl chants all this positive crap, but from her Twitter she is two faced and at times quite evil in the things she says about former housemates. She’s not about peace at all.

Before I unfollowed her she was heartbroken about a breakup and made reference to being in love with a gay man and coming to terms with it.

    That was it for me….’unfollow’

Everything about her seems just so dysfunctional. Right down to that shit mop on her head!

  2. As for the race thing….well I’ve seen Black Egyptians as well as ones that descend from the Middle East and other races. So (playing Devil’s Advocate) it’s quite possible she could have an Egyptian parent but one who happens to be Black. However…I don’t believe her, when she says she’s half ‘Egyptian’ she’s probably referring to the Middle Eastern looking Egyptians (as she probably doesn’t realise Egyptians are made up of different races of people) and trying to fool those who know no better and forget Black people are Egyptian also.

But why do SOME Black people do this? Always try and appear to be something that they are not. Why doesn’t she refer to her Black side and mention that apparant ‘half’?? No they always go on about the White, Indian or Chinese side of things and rarely metion the Black African/Caribbean side.

Like I stated to someone the other day, you can’t get much more exotic than being Black and coming from African and Caribbean lands. I wish more Black people looked at their islands, countries and physical appearance as being exotic and would stop reaching to acknowledge the 0.02% of ‘X’ race that was alive and kicking in their bloodline in 1452.

    Gets on my damn nerves.

  3. 100% agree with London Diva. It’s like when you simply compliment someone on their hair and they go on to explain that the texture is due to their Indian/Chinese/European ancestry while you stand their with a blank expression wondering why you’re being given this unsolicited information about their lineage.

  4. Agree with London Diva. Especially dont understand why black people in the UK cant see that their skin, shape, hair etc etc is EXOTIC on these shores, and this is the lineage which should be played up.

  5. Well said LondonDiva!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hear this all the time…. Be proud of Being Black People!!!! And you always know how to make a brother laugh over here…..

  6. OMG Firstly I have to say how shocked that I am that this woman LondonDiva, who i can 100% garuantee is black is hating on Heaven so bad. If only you knew how deep deep rooted she is,& proud she is to be dark & lovely. Her father is actually 3 quarters Kemetian(Egyptian) and a quarter scottish.

If she wanted to be looked at as ‘mixed’ as you are trying to claim, i am sure she would have mentioned her ‘white’ heritage.

I dont know many black women out there who actively have a group empowering black woman to embrace their skin, natural hair and eyes instead of the bleaching, perms and contacts etc…
Heaven does every weekend . she holds private group uplifting sessions. This is her passion.
It started as a group just for the sisters& has now gathered all races, who go through ancient afrikan methods to becoming at peace with natural being.

For all you so called ‘strong black’ women going on about being real and true. Whatever happened to support and unity?
Slating Heaven and calling her a liar because she is Egyptian just goes to show a lack of knowledge, because Egyptians (originals) are darker than night, and over the years have mixed with Arabs etc…

For all you positive people ,Heaven will be doing her new show soon on holistic living . In the meanwhile shes doing workshops soon for healing & loving oneself so that we can reach contentment and not be so bitter towards people or ourselves.
    Follow her @bbheavenafrika

  7. I lost this woman @ ‘hating’….anyone who uses this term really is lost.

I don’t believe in using the term ‘stong Black woman’ nor do I use it. Strength doesn’t have anything to do with race, nor are all Black woman strong. Tired of Black women using this word as well as ‘independant’ and ‘queen’ to instantly describe themselves like a badge of honour, yet do nothing to live up to such titles.

As for Heaven, I watched her on BB and followed her on Twitter. The woman is a nut job. She has no firm belief in anything. Talking about keeping her womb clean daily, but smoking & drinking? Claiming to be a vegan, yet drinking cow’s milk & dairy? Promoting peace, love & light yet I witnessed her bullying antics towards Rebeckah and hateful, spiteful laced tweets?

You can sit there and type and call me a hater, my perception of Heaven is based on fact of what she said and then in turn of how she acted. It’s on tape, it’s on her timeline.

Your friend mentioned Egyptian merely to sound exotic. I don’t care what you say. I know for a fact Egyptians come in all different shades and races. Josephine was speaking to fools who know no better. She’s so proud of her heritage yet both she and yourself failed to mention her mother’s heritage. Again promoting the Egyptian side only which is why she was side eyed to hell & back in the first place.

You are right I am Black, and I ALWAYS state both my parents are Jamaican, yet recognise my heritage is rooted in Africa.

I empower who needs to empowered, and feel empowered by who I find empowering. Heaven can’t do that for me, simply because I don’t respect her own belief in whatever she believes in. I also don’t think I’d be welcome at a class taught by Heaven in that wig as I just relaxed my hair this morning. Nothing to do with European standards of beauty or self hate which is why I promote hair health to Black women period. My hair choices (in this instance) wouldn’t be suitable to what Heaven is promoting, therefore I would probably be excluded. I’m tired of my sisters in 2011 being made to feel excluded or ‘less of a Black woman’ because of a hair choice. I don’t support anything that promotes more division amongst us. I only support healthy hair whether you choose to rock it natural, relaxed or loc’d (all of which I’ve been proudly and then some)!

When it comes to the hair side of things, I hope Heaven is teaching more than just embracing natural hair. It’s pointless if you don’t give Black women the knowledge to grow and/or keep their hair healthy. Just so you know!

  8. Well I can clearly hear the not so slight undertones of jealousy.

I cant even argue with you Miss Diva because you are clearly extremely unhappy with your appearance or body or something, and so you are expressing this in a negative way with absurd and made up information.,not to mention the ridiculous assumptions of somebody you personally no nothing of.

I absolutely mean no offense but I bet you overeat on sugary food, pork and all types of disease food, hence your vulgar attitude.

You could surely benefit from Heavens classes, she will detox you and get you to your desired weight. You will immediately feel the benefits of a positive mind and spirit. More importantly for you, your appearance.

I will say one thing though Heaven is a better woman than me, because I wanted to totally expose you as a couch potato hater, but Heaven finds you very amusing & thinks your great for even taking time to write about her, even though its a whole lot of bs.
If it were me you were writing about like this, believe me you would see what fire really is!!!
Im done with you and your unknown name and your ridiculous blog..delete….lol

  9. She means no offense yet tries to offend me. This is great!!!

I’m a self loving 5’9 tall and very slim proud Black woman. Nice of you to stop by my blog. Bet you’ve even peeped my Twitter and enlarged my profile pic too. You might even be one of the new followers I had yesterday too. Who knows.

I need NO holistic teaching from Heaven, I teach myself and have been for years. My money is not going to fund anymore outfits or bad hair choices. You are a liar when you come on here calling yourself a friend. Friends don’t let friends go out in public with that hair style & outfit, and go on national TV talking about spaceships, being a vegan and drinking milk.

You are not bothered yet felt the need to go run to Heaven and mention me.
Oh and tell heaven it’s best not to talk to Rebeckah or ANYONE about the state of their teeth on Twitter.

From when Heaven rated Rebeckah on Big Brother about a tattoo and referenced voodoo, I side eyed the hell out of that chick.

Carry on acting like you know what I’m all about, I’m too diverse an individual for you to even pick apart. Those who think they know…don’t. And you certainly won’t get it all from my online presence that’s for sure.

Fall back sweetheart. Fall way way back. Just like Heaven you’re fake with the pure & peaceful persona. It’s evident in your 2nd response.

Yes part of my personality is vulgarity as are a ton of other positives & negatives, I claim it and own it so if you think you’re insulting me you’re not.
