The MTV Video Music Awards 2011 took place last night in Los Angeles, and I would post footage of the best/worst performances but VIACOM (owners of MTV, VH1 and BET) are beasts when it comes to ripping down any of their award ceremony footage that have been posted online. Always the same people!!!
BEST VIDEO WITH A MESSAGE, this award is too funny to be true!
I don’t watch this garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But i did get a call when B was performing
Same thing. A reflection of the state of the music mainstream. Popularity over talent. Promoting and selling the same people and image constantly. Quantity over quality. If you can sell mainstream, you are worthy of an award. If not, you are not worthy of mentioning however talented you are.
