I realise that I have probably jumped on this a little late (commercial was released in June) but it hasn’t (well not to my knowledge) aired on British television yet and I only just came across it today.
Anyway check out the “new” Revlon commercial starring Pharrell with actress Jessica Biel (music by Pharrell).

I saw this advert and thought my eyes were lying to me. I must have seen it on TV yesterday for the first time, don’t remember which channel though.
Yeah, it’s on UK TV now ..has been for about 3+ wks now. Having Pharrell promote mascara is just odd – and doesn’t make me rush out to buy it either!
