It’s been a pretty good year so far for the UK’s number 1 youth online media channel SB.TV. Founder Jamal Edwards (21) has already appeared in numerous mainstream publications, including The Guardian and The Observer, and earlier this year it was announced that he had signed a label deal with Sony RCA. Those of you who tuned in to the Channel 4 documentary series The Family will no doubt remember self-employed web designer Ayo Adesina aka MC Dark-E who dreamed of Hip Hop stardom, and sat in his bedroom making beats and writing rhymes. Well Mr “I’m young and I’m black surrounded by crack” is still pursuing his dream of Hip Hop superstardom, and his debut single Miss Education will be released on the 16 May.
