According to Sandra Rose, these ‘warnings’ sent out to bloggers via e-mail have no bearing. Sending a cease & desist via e-mail is practically null and void. **do not know how true that is**
Anything regarding the law and a lawyer is always done in person/through the mail. Seems like scare tactics to me for those bloggers who do not know the law.
By now famous people should know better not to do such things and tape themselves and then keep the tapes. They forget that they are magnets of all sorts of people who could be out to destroy them. The very people they trust can be the very ones who destroy them in the process.
On the ‘brighter’ side, it was between husband and wife then. It should not be that much of a shocker.
