The “pied piper of R&B” R. Kelly has announced details for two UK concerts.
The star will perform at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on the 22 April and at Manchester’s O2 Apollo on the 23 April.
Tickets will go on sale on the 11 March (Friday), and will be priced between £35 and £45.

I remember when R.Kelly claimed to have a fear of flying and refused to board a plane, so not much touring went on outside of America. He did however get around this one year when he traveled to England on a cruise ship for the MOBO Awards (I think he sailed in on the QE2), and it wasn’t cheap.
Back then R.Kelly could get away with not coming to see his international fanbase because he was still selling millions of records and was one of the biggest music stars in the world.
But times have changed and nobody has the money or is willing enough to pay for him to travel overseas on a luxury cruiseliner.

It is a rare moment (and yes due to his less success) that he comes to europe at all and even with so many dates in plan in quite some countries.

Everytime I see this footage, I feel ill. I cant listen to R.Kelly anymore, and I was a major major fan. I cant support this man. The thought of my money going to him so he can carry on with his nastiness, makes me feel ill. Im not “on it”
