Local authorities in Miami have created a banner (below) using two press photographs of the rapper Jay-Z (shot 10 years ago) in ‘report gang activity’ campaign.

At present Shawn Carter aka Jay-Z gets on my last nerve (for a multitude reasons) BUT the Miami police department is wrong to use his image in this fashion. Plus isn’t this illegal???
I hope he sues their backsides.
