Oh but wait I get it now. So Kim’s supposed to be a cat. Sort of like it’s surrogate mother for the magazine shoot. right… makes sense…. clever idea.
But it leaves an uncomfortable feeling looking at a human picking up a kitten like that. I just hope no animals were harmed during yet another pointless Kim K shoot
