According to down market tabloid rag The Sun, Jay-Z claims to have been impressed with boyband JLS’ performance at Tuesday’s Brit Awards ceremony.

The rapper said,
“I liked JLS, I watched them do their show. They’re a good band and remind me of ‘N Sync, a band who do the boy band thing well.
“They put on a class performance and I think they will go on to be as big as ‘N Sync.”

I am happy for JLS but I don’t see them going on to become as big as N-Sync or ever being as good.
Jay was asked a question by some tabloid hack obsessed with getting US artists opinions on UK acts, and once again Jay responds by talking out of his arse.

it’s too early to say that, as big as N’ Sync, even though the boy band era has come and gone, their is still a large market for JLS to tap into, but looking at thier facial expressions in videos, I don’t think they’ll be around for that long.
