Superstar Beyonce won big at last night’s Grammy Awards ceremony by taking home six awards, and set a new record for the most awards won in a single year by a solo female. 

The singer won, ‘Song Of The Year’, ‘Best R&B Song’ and ‘Best Female R&B Vocal Performance’, all for ‘Single Ladies’. She also won ‘Best Contemporary R&B Album’ for I Am… Sasha Fierce, ‘Best Female Pop Vocal Performance’ for ‘Halo’ and ‘Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance’ for ‘At Last’, which she performed at President Obama’s inauguration last year.

Beyonce also ‘let her guard down’ during her acceptance speech and acknowledged that she is in fact married to rapper Jay-Z. She thanked her husband and announced to the world that she loved him.
