Rapper LL Cool J has dropped out as the opening act for Janet Jackson’s current tour, his publicists have announced.
The star is pulling out of the Rock Witchu tour because of unnamed scheduling conflicts.

That’s probably the real reason behind him pulling out of the tour. That and the idea of performing in half empty venues (Janet’s ticket sales for her North American tour have been poor).

I read that Janet’s ticket sales were pitiful. LL probably felt bad enough being the opening act..but to be opening with a tiny crowd would have put them both to shame
Wow, never thought I’d see a JJ tour flop, especially if you’ve been to or watched one. Oh well, I think Janet might just need a reinvention or something…
I saw the show at sprint center friday. LL was great. Janet was large but she performed well. LL needs to tour on his own and do smaller venues. He is amazing. He raps old and new school and can put down anyone who even thinks about a battle. LL should tour with a few of the newer rappers and showem how its done..
