1. Afrobeat is my first love, so lI like this track, espeically the background singers……

   Slight element of cheese from the lead singer……doesn’t work with the accent.

2. well i guess .. if you like something you try and copy it
   and it onlysounds authentic with the accent…

   d’angelo,macy gray,erykah badu, rooots, common
   mos def..
   its a pity they dont publicly announce their fondness fro it tho!!

3. Why is it a pity? Afrobeat doesn’t need their public endorsement.

4. Very funny Ty, my point was EXAMPLE……..

   When some Nigerian artists rap/try and portray american hip hop stars and use fake american accents it sounds wrong /not authentic……. The hip hop sounds better/authentic when they use pidgin/african accent/etc

   This song is good, but not hardcore enough without the African accent. Just my humble opinion. So there Mr lol !!
