A man charged with murdering a shopper during an alleged row over queue-jumping in a south London supermarket has appeared in court.
Kevin Tripp, 57, was allegedly punched by Tony Virasami in Sainsbury’s in Merton High Street on Tuesday.
Mr Tripp, from Colliers Wood, south London, suffered serious head injuries and died in hospital on Wednesday.
Tony Virasami, 37 of Sedgehill Road, Catford, was remanded in custody by Wimbledon magistrates.
