Rapper 50 Cent is teaming with MTV to produce an untitled reality show for the network announced yesterday (May 28). According to MTV, the elimination style reality show follows 16 contestants as they attempt to master the “skills that took 50 Cent from the streets to corporate America.” The rapper will judge the contestants each week, until the finale, where a winner will receive a full scholarship to an undergraduate or graduate business program. Like T.I.‘s upcoming reality show, 50 Cent’s untitled series is being produced by Michael Hirschorn and Ish Entertainment, while 50 Cent and his longtime manager Chris Lighty will serve as executive producers.

What skills will they attempt to master from 50 then? The skill of being able to effectively sell your soul and batty, both at the same time?
…. Actually this ‘reality’ vehicle get’s a pass from me, because they are offering an educational opportunity here, and not the usual foolishness…..

as annoying as he can be I actually enjoy watching 50 outside of music videos. He can be really articulate and *gasp* smart when he’s not being foolish.

I agree with Nees, I was watching something the other day with him on it, like a smak dvd, and he was talking about the rap game, yes he’s a big head and his ego is massive, but he made alot, alot of sense, I found myself saying thats true to alot of things he said and perhaps I’m tune into this show, will a lil intrig’
What is a batty? I think it would be good. I mean it’s better than Flavor of Love, I Love New York, and I Love Money. All those show offer are ignorant people willing to do anything on camera. Train wreck.
