A Ghanian woman who was receiving treatment in the UK for cancer has died. Ama Sumani (39) had been receiving kidney dialysis and treatment at The University Hospital Of Wales in January when immigration officials removed her from the hospital after her visa expired.   The drug she so desperately needed to prolong her life, thalidomide, is not available in Ghana, but Ama was still flown back home … Continue reading  Rest In Peace Ama.
