Above: Injured baby said to be critical but stable. The mother of two children who were stabbed to death at their home has been detained under the Mental Health Act. The 35-year-old woman, who has been in hospital since the incident in Carshalton, in south London, will be moved to a secure mental health unit. The scene in Brixton after this tragic incident A woman has died after being run over by a prison van and dragged 20 yards along the road following a confrontation in the street. The victim is said to have blocked the path of the Serco security van and goaded the driver seconds before the incident in Brixton.
