UK NEW: RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE BEAT X-FACTOR WINNER IN CHARTS

To think this all started when Facebook members Jon and Tracey Morter campaigned online to push Rage Against The Machine’s 1992 single Killing In The Name to number 1, which was designed to prevent another X-Factor number 1 (Joe McElderry – The Climb). Via BBC News Rock band Rage Against The Machine has won the most competitive battle in years for the Christmas number one.
