Via The Voice Online A BUSINESSWOMAN who conned hopeful job seekers out of 400 (GBP) was found guilty of four counts of fraud by false representation. Michelle Rowe, 40, was given a 16-week suspended sentence and 148 hours of community service for advertising non-existent job vacancies for trainee housing officers through her south London-based company, Arlington Networks.
