Well as most of you know Ne-Yo, Jim Jones and Ne-Yo’s friend Vaugh (brother of Jay-Z’s close associate Ty Ty), clashed in the Louis Vuitton store on Fifth Avenue (NY) on Christmas Eve, and my Jim Jim has now been slapped with a misdemeanor assault charge. Admittedly when I listened to the first couple of seconds of this track I hated it. But then when I heard Jim Jones’ voice my opinion changed. ‘Pop Champagne’ is a club banger and I love it. My Jim Jim also directed the video. This man is so talented. He is definitely the new Hype Williams, and before long will make the leap in to directing successful feature films.
