Big Brother contestant Alexandra De-Gale has been thrown off the show for intimidating other housemates. Channel 4 said that during nominations the 23-year-old allegedly threatened housemates with punishment from “gangster friends”. Channel spokeswoman Angela Jain said: “Other housemates have said they found her comments to be threatening.” She had been up for the first eviction of the ninth series with Mario Marconi on Friday, but this has been cancelled.
