  Island Def Jam and the dark priestess must be REALLY desperate! It looks like the styling and profiling around the world, the 20/20 interview, and the new dark ‘risque’ image have all FLOPPED big time.  The public simply isn’t interested. Insiders say that Rated R is set to shift only 160k units first week sales.  When you consider the amount of money spent on the album’s promotion/marketing etc – that’s DIRE! NINETY-NINE CENTS!!!! RIHANNA GIG REVIEW – THE O2 BRIXTON ACADEMY (LONDON)

Last night (November 16th) I attended Rihanna’s highly anticipated show at London’s O2 Brixton Academy in association with Nokia. The event was billed as being a private gig (invite only) that was due to be hosted at a private location.
