Beyonce was photographed outside MTV’s TRL studios in Manhatten New York yesterday (October 14th). What goes through her mind when picking out outfits for an event? She never gets it right. If its not the outfit then it’s the choice of accessories that let her down. Anyway what is this? Her new alternative ballerina look?
