JSB is a new rapper hailing from East London, and his new single It’s You has that cross over appeal, but it sounds really familiar. Well… Mz Bratt’s Jafaken accent is interesting….. But surprisingly I don’t hate the this track… it’s catchy, it’s a grower, and has the potential to become a hit single. First of all let me thank Social Writers Blog for bringing singer/songwriter Taley Riley to my attention, who apparently co-wrote Chipmunk’s number 1 classic Oopsy Daisy. Humanoid is Taley’s debut single and I’m sorry but Taley is just a Taio Cruz clone. His image.. his sound.. that’s Taio! But the track is kind of catchy. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
UK rapper Sway is back with the single Just A Matter O f Time featuring Akon. Okay so I know Sway has never rapped in an American accent, but why does he sound a bit like Young Jeezy on this track? What can I say about Alexandra Burke’s new single Start Without You… It sounds so CHEESY!!!! I can’t believe they released this as a single. The video also features actor/ part-time “Reggae/Dancehall artist” Idris Elba (lol). The track – Same old Giggs but I like the beat.
