The Daily Mirror reports that Myles Litchmore-Dunbar (19), who has been charged with the stabbing death of fellow tourist Tyrell Matthews-Burton as well as possession of a weapon, is due to appear in court today in Crete.
The University of Northampton student and part-time model will appear alongside his friends friends Dejon Anaughe (19) and Jordan Williams (19), who have also be been charged over the senseless brutal brawl that took place outside of a nightclub in Malia last week.
Sixteen others accused of affray are believed to have returned to the UK.
The newspaper also reports that Tyrell’s body has been flown home by his mother Sharon Ann Matthews.
This is just so sad and still sickens me to my stomach. There are not enough words….
I will reserve judgement in regards to the accused. Innocent until proven guilty.
Rest In Peace Tyrell Matthews-Burton.

Lawd.. dem cyaan even go farrin and control themselves. I hope that they don’t think that they will get off lightly. They are black and the crime was committed in Greece. I’m not sorry for them at all (if they did it).
well i know some of the family of the boys that were attacked they are not gang members
at all
just need to throw that out there…..
Something about this story does not add up??? #Ihavequestions
This fact is already out there. Many who know Tyrell’s family / friend’s have made it clear from the start that they were not gang members. The media has since stopped wrongly labelling this a gang incident and reporting misinformation that the Greek police was putting out there a day after the murder.
East London Labour MP Stella Creasy also blasted Crete police for claiming Tyrell was in a gang. She said UK police had told her Tyrell was not iin a gang and added “I’m angry at suggestions the lads were involved in some gang beef. “
