During his Billboard Music Awards performance last week R&B star Miguel got over excited and ended up injuring music fan Khyati Shah with his high-heeled boot.

After this unfortunate incident Miguel invited Shah backstage, apologised and a gleeful Shah stated during post show interviews that she was “ok”.
Today however it has been reported that Shah has hired herself an attorney and plans on suing the star.
Her attorney Vip Bhola told Eonline.com,
Shah has been having “difficulties” ever since the accident. We will determine that (whether they will file a lawsuit) after we have feedback from medical providers.”
I saw this coming a mile off.

You don’t go to a show expecting such high jinx from the performer. I was shocked to see her face slapping down on the stage and thought whiplash…its possible! In time she may have problems with her neck and maybe a lawsuit will prevent such stupidity from this singer in the future.
If it was a black person, they would not have sued.

And can you imagine if that was in England in certain clubs? they would of dragged him off stage and beat him so hard his hair would go from straight to curly.

Finally watched it, dayum Sweet Minty Jebus, that’s a wrestling move right there. He just kept on singing (freaky, the dude just said it, while I was typing it…), the show must go on. Look at how that chic ignored her ass, when Supafly gave her a hug. Like sorry gurrl, Miguel hugging me, he thinks I’m you – MILKING IT!
Surprised it took that long to sue. Seriously, it’s the US freaking A, even their dogs sue…
