Pranksters: Mel Greig and Michael Christian
Several days ago radio show hosts Mel Grieg and Michael Christian from 2 Day FM in Sydney Australia duped a nurse who was looking after the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) in to believing that they were Prince Charles and the Queen calling to discuss the pregnant royal’s condition.

News outlets now report that a nurse who was covering reception when the radio hosts called has been found dead.

A nurse who transferred a prank phone call from two Australian radio presenters about the Duchess of Cambridge has died in a suspected suicide – two days after being duped.
The body of Jacintha Saldanha was found at an address yards away from King Edward VII Hospital, where she worked, just before 9.30am today.
The King Edward VII hospital, who were not believed to be disciplining the mother of two over the incident, said it announced her death with ‘very deep sadness.’
The statement added: Jacintha has worked at the King Edward VII Hospital for more than four years. She was an excellent nurse and well respected and popular with all over her colleagues.’

This is shocking news.
But this nurse just transferred the call, she wasn’t actually the one who unwittingly passed on information to the pranksters about the Duchess’ condition.
Did the drama surrounding this prank really upset her to the point where she felt she had no choice but to take her own life?
Hmmmmm…..
I bet this sad turn of events has wiped the smiles of those pranksters faces.

I personally find it hard to believe she committed suicide because of what happened on the radio…. She must surely of had other problems in her life to throw it all away
She wasn’t the one who gave the information to the DJs presenters she ONLY passed the call, wonder why her name only was thrown under the bus?
Some people’s identity and pride is tied into their work a lot. I wouldn’t be surprised if she committed suicide as a result. It wasn’t just a prank call. She Must have felt stupid and really small after that. When I saw this news the first time, my blood was boiling and my thoughts were just too dark for these two idiots. And if she had other problems, she did not need that on top of her problems.
The Royals are a very powerful family.
