A nightclub reveller who stabbed a rap star in the neck with a broken bottle was jailed for eight years today.

Anthony Jones, 26, savagely attacked chart-topper Professor Green in the trendy Cargo nightclub in Shoreditch, east London.

Professor Green – real name Stephen Manderson – fled the venue drenched in blood and clutching a 15cm wound next on his neck – where he has a distinctive tattoo of the word ‘lucky.’

Anthony Jones was a Masters business student, he was attending university, but  obviously still wanted to engage in road man activities and look where it got him.  An eight year prison sentence and a criminal record all because he wanted to show off in front of his cronies, play gangster / savage and cause maximum damage to a fellow human being with a broken bottle.

What a LOSER!

I hope he is forced to serve the full sentence.
