No party has been able to secure an outright majority in the House of Commons and there will now be a frantic period of negotiation to decide the shape of the next government.
The situation is described as a hung parliament, with no single party having enough MPs – 326 – to win parliamentary votes without the support of members of other parties.
Which party is in a position to form the next government will become clear in the following hours or days. Continues Reading….

Who didn’t see this coming??
“So we don’t even know whose running the country today.”
I doubt we have ever really known who pulls the strings of these polytricksters
Well, this was a shocker…not. They’ve been predicting this for months and I’m glad. Not glad for what it’s doing to the economy and the value of the pound but glad that the idiosyncracies of our political system is put under the spotlight.
Polytricksters is exactly correct. All part of the staged and planned performance/crisis.
The House of Lords (none elected) are running the country and the Royal Family get to have some power for the short term. question is when will the next election be. My vote wont change – would be even funnier if the next election gives another hung result . Ya see Cameron and ya torie rich kids should have listened to Gordon Brown and voted in favour of electoral reform than your for rich folk asses would have won outright. oh well
would it not be weird if labour and tories joined hands but I guess that would never happen. Clegg and lib dems are probably thinking this is their only chance at some real power. enjoy it while it lasts
