Via The Metro Amy Winehouse’s father was asked to give evidence to the Home Affairs Select Committee, which is carrying out an investigation into the illegal cocaine trade. Experts and those with first hand experience of the drug were asked to share their opinions with the committee. It is due to report its findings in December. Via The Metro A London Underground worker accused of launching a foul-mouthed tirade at an elderly passenger describes himself as an “easygoing” type. Ian Morbin, 25, was filmed at Holborn station calling the man a “jumped-up little git” after the customer complained about getting his arm stuck in a Tube door. Via Pinboard Blog Yes Rihanna has taken a break away from traipsing up and down the streets of New York City like it’s a catwalk, looking like mutton dressed as lamb (on the odd occasion) to release her “highly anticipated” new single Russian Roulette.
