Former MI5 spy David Shayler was among squatters evicted yesterday from a National Trust property.

Eight activists – including transvestite and self-proclaimed Messiah Mr Shayler – were either dragged or walked away as security guards, supported by police, cleared Hackhurst Farm in Surrey.

One man was arrested and taken to Reigate police station.
