Yes this historical win has finally happened in June 2009!  After years of being ignored they have finally awarded a black actor this prestigious award in 2009, when most have now given up on this country, fed up with being treated as if they don’t exist and moved on to enjoy the sweet smell of success Stateside!

But anyway congratulations Diane. It’s a well deserved win.

But I wonder who will be next.. and will we have to wait another 30 years?
