Britain’s Got Talent finalist/runner up Susan Boyle has reportedly been invited to sing for President Barack Obama on Independence Day.
Her unofficial spokesperson and older brother Gerry claims she has been asked to perform at the White House on July 4, but admitted that she was still feeling “exhausted”.
Boyle was admitted in to the Priory Clinic earlier this week after suffering an “emotional breakdown”.

Isn’t this taking the fascination with Susan Boyle a tad bit too far?
What will they decide to do next? Set up a stage on The Priory grounds and then beam her in to The White House via satalite?

This, like the MP’s expenses scandal, just gets weirder & weirder by the second.
The fascination with her does not make as angry as that of Jade Goody. Atleast she can sing which is better than all those fake reality TV celebs who cannot do a damn thing even if their lives depended on it. She is a nice lady.
I agree Susan seems like a lovely woman.. But people need to calm down or rather the media needs to calm down.
As for Jade Goody, rest in peace..
Once she crosses over the pond to make that performance for the lovely Obama and his family, there will not be any calming down. LOL
I like her too and hope the media do not turn it into a reality show like that of JAde Goody and destroy her in the process.

Susan is a genuine breath of fresh air with the blessed voice of an angel. She sings from her heart with all the caring and emotion shining through. I am certain she will peform for the Obamas and the Queen and everyone will be the better for her success. She deserves all the love and admiration she is getting from fans and the evil press. Good luck, Susan, you are the tops to me.
