RAPPER T.I SENTENCED TO 11 MONTHS IN PRISON
Rapper T.I (real name Clifford Harris) was sentenced to serve 11 months in prison today for drug possession. But I hear that his legal team plan on appealing the decision.
Yeah good luck with that! *sarcasm*
Before the judge announced his sentence Harris had this to say,
I screwed up. I screwed up big time, and I’m sorry. I’m truly and sincerely sorry. I don’t want and I don’t need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life.”
But Judge Pannell was unmoved.
“The worst thing is this case was an experiment,” Pannell said. The judge said he hoped the extraordinary sentence Harris initially received would work and could be adapted for use in other cases.
But then Pannell looked at Harris and said: “You certainly dumped a lot of smut on the whole experiment.”
Pannell had sentenced Harris to a year and a day in prison for his 2007 arrest on weapons charges. The unprecedented deal shaved almost four years off a potential sentence, provided Harris perform 1,000 hours of community service. The service, which he completed, consisted largely of visits with schoolchildren to speak out against violence, gangs and drugs. Continue Reading….

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, N-Dubz group member Dappy will end up single-handedly destroying everything the group has strived to achieve.
If Tulisa and Fazer have any sense in their heads they will start working on solo projects outside the group ASAP! At least they will have something to fall back on after the group disbands.

I can’t decide which is funnier/worse, Dappy rapping complete and utter trash in to the camera or the three stooges behind him, twisting up themselves and attempting to dance like Miami strippers.

X Factor bosses have admitted to using vocal enhancement processes on the ITV talent show.
Fans had claimed after the opening show that “autotuning” had been used to improve some contestants’ voices.

TURKISH BRIDE GROOM ACCIDENTALLY KILLS RELATIVES AT WEDDING

A bridegroom in Turkey has accidentally killed three relatives while firing an AK-47 in celebration at his own wedding, Turkish media reported.
The groom lost control of the weapon as he tried to fire in traditional celebration in the air at the ceremony in the village of Akcagoze in south-eastern Gaziantep province.
The guests were sprayed with bullets and the groom’s father and two aunts were killed.
Well… that’s what happens when you attempt to lick shots using an AK-47.
How will this man be able to live with himself now?
Rest in peace to all those you lost their lives.
UK MUSIC SCENE ANTICS: LETHAL B RESPONDS TO N-DUBZ DOCUMENTARY

On Monday night Channel 4 aired the first episode of N-Dubz’s new documentary Being.. N-Dubz.
Rapper Lethal B who claims the group stole a track from him, was featured on the documentary arguing with group member Dappy at a ‘celebrity’ football match.
Lethal, who we must remember is a GROWN MAN, has now taken it upon himself to set the record straight about the incident and gives Grime Daily “the real story”.
*HUGE SIGH*

EMBARRASSING.
This is just getting ridiculous now. If it’s not Lethal attacking the group via YouTube, it’s some random artist called UK Worries (cousin to Reggae star Beenie Man) that I spotted over at The Lala Report.
I have no clue what this man’s ‘beef’ is, but my message to UK Worries would be to focus less on what N-Dubz are doing, and focus more on developing your own musical style/ persona/image.
The world does not need another Beenie Man.

UK NEWS: BNP LEADER NICK GRIFFIN WALKS THE STREETS OF BARKING WITH BLACK PASTOR BY HIS SIDE

BNP (British National Party) leader and racist Nick Griffin was out and about today canvassing the streets of Barking for votes, with black pastor Rev James Gitau by his side.
Griffin claimed the charade proved that his organisation is “no longer racist”.
Rev James Gitau joined the far-Right party after it was forced to change its constitution to allow non-white members.
Griffin went on to add “There will be others. Although obviously the vast majority of our supporters are native Brits.”

When I came across this story in The Evening Standard all I could do was shake my head and laugh.
The BNP is “no longer racist” Nick? That has got to be the funniest statement EVER!
But I’ve just got this niggling feeling that the Rev James Gitau (of the United Holy Church), who moved to the UK from Kenya in 1997 is a vulnerable man with psychological issues.
There can be no other explanation for this level of foolish.
FORMER BASEBALL STAR SAMMY SOSA ADMITS TO BLEACHING HIS SKIN

For those of you living outside of the US, who know nothing about baseball (like myself) and therefore not so familiar with Sammy Sosa he is a former major league baseball star. Click here for more information about Sammy.
I decided to post this story because it’s hilarious, sad and pathetic.
Sammy who hails from the Dominican Republic recently turned up to the Latin Grammy Awards ceremony with lighter skin, straight hair and wore coloured contact lenses.
He was obviously keen to remove the Afro-Latin from out of his system….
When accused of using a skin bleaching agent a close friend of Sammy’s leapt to his defence saying,
“He’s not trying to be Michael Jackson. He is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin. Women have it all of the time. He was surprised he came out looking so white. I thought it was a body double. Part of (the photo appearance) is just the lighting. He is in the middle of doing a cleansing process to his skin. The picture is deceiving. He said, ‘If you saw me in person, you would be surprised. When you see me in person, it is not going to seem like the picture.’ People who saw him in person did not react the same way. He can’t believe it is such a big deal. He has always been concerned with the way he looks. Probably just bad timing going to an awards show.”
But today Sammy admits to bleaching his skin….
“It’s a bleaching cream that I apply before going to bed and whitens my skin some. It’s a cream that I have, that I use to soften [my skin], but has bleached me some. I’m not a racist, I live my life happily.” Sammy would not name the cream divulging only that it came from Europe and that, “I’m going to market it, I’m a businessman.”
Sammy self-hatred is a terrible thing my friend. Seek help before it’s too late.
As for marketing this poison because you’re a “businessman”, you deserve a bitch lick across your ridiculous bleached face.
Sammy was once quoted as saying ”I’m not black. I’m Dominican”.

UK NEWS: COUPLE DEMAND APOLOGY OVER ‘RACIST’ RECEIPT

A student and his girlfriend are outraged after being called a ‘black couple’ on their receipt by staff at a London pub.
Johnson Abraham, 24, and Roxanne Duhur, 21, claim they were the only couple dining when they received their bill at the Slug And Lettuce in Islington Green.
Mr Abraham, a mechanical engineering student from Dalston, was at the pub last month with Ms Duhur to celebrate her new job as an estate agent.
They ordered at the bar, without a table number, before going upstairs to find a seat. When they went to pay for the meal the comment ‘upstairs blk couple’ was printed on the bill. Continue Reading…..
