UK ANTICS: WILEY ADMITS HIS MOBO PERFORMANCE WAS POOR
For those of you who missed it the annual MOBO (Music of Black Orgin) Awards took place last night in Liverpool and UK artist Wiley performed his hit single Heatwave donning a rather fetching sequinned black top.
But after watching his performance Wiley is far from happy.

I don’t understand the logic behind cancelling his appearance at 1Xtra live and then going on to cancel other appearances because of his dislike of last night’s performance.
I just wanna practice a bit and also get my show tighter …That is why i need a break…
So he can’t do this during his rehearsal times???
Artists go through this all the time but they at least have the good sense to fulfill all their obligations first before taking a break to improve themselves.
Cancelling shows isn’t the way forward if the aim is to improve yourself as a live performer.

Glamour model, reality TV star, “author” and now “singer”, Katie Price aka Jordan performed her new single Free To Love Again on GMTV yesterday and looked absolutely ridiculous.
To quote fellow blogger Kaydine “She looks like a damn bird”.
The woman can’t even lip-synch properly.
I don’t know what the woman’s trying to prove but she needs to STOP NOW!

Singer Lemar and boyband JLS performed the ballad What About Love on last nights Sports Relief.
Those JLS boys need some serious vocal training. Their management should think about hiring Lemar.

Singer Alexandra Burke performed at the intimate venue, Waterside Inn, in Peterhead, Scotland last night.
Peterhead won in an online vote of UK towns, organised by Nokia, to win an exclusive show where Alexandra Burke would peform. Singer Hayley C from Watford also got to perform at the show as Alexandra’s opening act after winning a competition with Talenthouse.com

SINGER KELLY ROWLAND FURIOUS OVER MOBO SOUND PROBLEMS

Kelly Rowland has called for an apology from MOBO organisers, claiming that her performance at the awards ceremony was affected by poor sound quality.
The former Destiny’s Child star, who sang her David Guetta collaboration ‘When Love Takes Over’ at the event in Glasgow, admitted that she “struggled” because of the technical problems.
Rowland momentarily stopped singing at the start of the track and appeared confused as she continued.
Writing on Twitter after the show, she said: “OK. So, I’m at the MoBo’s and getting ready to have a GREAT show with David and the MoBo’s F’d my sound up!!!!! P*SSED!!!!! (sic)”
“I wanted you guys to be the 1st to hear it from me! rehearsals. were fine. soundcheck. was fine. performance, was a struggle at 1st.
“HONESTLY, that just makes me work harder! But, what I will say is the MoBo’s owe me an apology!!!! I was LIVID after the show!”
I saw when she momentarily stopped singing and the look on her face! She looked confused and annoyed.
The sound during her performance was also really bad. The music drowned out her vocals.
When Peter Andre approached her and David backstage for a quick chat afterwards you could see she was still angry.
