I would like to know if the children and the nurse (seen at the start of the commercial) received payment from McDonald’s for appearing in this commercial. Everyone knows that if you appear in a commercial promoting a brand (especially if it’s a billion dollar brand like McDonald’s) you receive payment. So were they paid? Did McDonald’s donate a substantial amount of money to the orphanage? Or did Ronald McDonald just give them all free McFlurry’s?
