Harry dancing in Jamaica last year

Each week The Voice online asks two writers with contrasting opinions to debate a particular subject matter.

Several days ago they posed the following question to writers Nyima Pratten and Valentina Etaghene:

‘Will Prince Harry Ever Marry A Black Girl?’

CLICK HERE to read why Nyima says “YES” and Valentina says “NO”.

Nyima must be living on the planet Zog with popular 1990s TV presenters Zig and Zag if she truly believes that it is conceivable that Prince Harry will one day marry a black woman. Even if hell ever freezes over that is still NEVER going to happen.

Also this is the same Prince Harry who once rocked up to some posh friend’s fancy dress party wearing a swastika armband and used offensive language when describing an Asian member from his army platoon.

Yes it may seem, judging by Harry’s previous conquests, Chelsy Davy and Florence Brudenell-Bruce to name but a few, that Harry reserves his love for the statuesque, blond heiress types. However, we all saw those photos of Harry enjoying himself, maybe a little too much, dancing with black women on his visit to Jamaica or discussing world peace with Miss Bahamas.

So just because Harry visited Jamaica and did the dutty wine with a group of women who dragged him up to dance, this means he has a “thing” for black women???

Look I don’t see Harry venturing in to the interracial dating scene anytime soon and even if he did express an interest in entering into a relationship with a black woman “The Establishment” would step in and shut that union down by any means necessary.

Your thoughts please….

Oh dear The Voice don’t have more pressing issues to discuss. It will never happen and if it did so what will black women rejoice and feel validated. Kmt

I am not sure why this is even up to debate??? I really hate when people do like to love / marry/date a black woman you need to have “a thing” for them like they are not like every race of women?

Also the Prince of Liechtenstein ( whose family is way richer than the Royal British one) has married a Black woman. Other men from other Royal families have married some Black women.

Regarding Harry, obviously no, but to me it goes beyond race, more like family status / wealth. I am not British but as far as I am concerned I don’t recall seeing any Black families like even the Middleton ( and I am not talking singer/sportsmen rich but business built wealth). If anyone, he could be marrying someone with some Asian ( Indian?) blood?

@Nubiahbella There are black families who have become wealthy from their own businesses. Just because they are not in the public eye it doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

Even if the black woman came from a family wealthy like the Middletons and rolled in the same social settings her race would still be an issue. Its not going to happen.

I am not saying there are not wealthy Black families in the UK lol! But most people (rich ones) tend to marry people within their environment. When I look at both William and Harry school pictures, 99% of their classmates were Whites. Other factors than the race come into account. BUT yes I agree He won’t marry a Black woman, I am not even sure he could marry an Irish woman lol!

I’m with Janice on this one. Such a thing would never happen. It’s one thing to have a Black president or a Black prime minister, but to taint the British royal gene pool with Black blood is inconceivable.
