JAY-Z AND KANYE WEST ANNOUNCE EUROPEAN ‘WATCH THE THRONE’ TOUR
After the phenomenal success of their chart topping album WATCH THE THRONE, a 35 date sold out, critically acclaimed North American tour and hot on the heels of their huge success at the 2012 Grammy Awards, winning the award for ‘Best Rap Performance’ (for their track ‘Otis’), superstars Kanye West and JAY Z’s collaboration ‘The Throne’ have today announced that they will be bringing the WATCH THE THRONE tour to Europe in 2012. The European leg will visit arenas in the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany and Ireland. I’ve always wanted to see Kanye live and this will be probably at least my 5th time seeing Jigga. They are the last men standing still making music I consider hip hop and good. I’ll be there.
Even if I wanted to go…no one ever really comes to Plymouth. Everytime I see another black person on the street, we give ourselves a complimentary “I’m not the only one, yippie!” nod.

I got so excited by this news that I went to the O2 site and tried to buy tickets this morning. I then cussed that the presale tickets had sold out already, before realising I am a day early for O2 presale.
Shame – it could have been worse – I could have camped outside the the O2.
This will be my 4th time seeing Jay-Z and my first time seeing Kanye. I can’t wait.
Elaine O2 presale was this morning love, they also added an extra London date and all have sold out.
