JAMAICA VOTES THE PEOPLE’S NATIONAL PARTY (PNP) BACK IN TO POWER

Jamaica has voted the People’s National Party back in to power, which means the return of veteran PNP politician Portia Simpson Miller to the post of prime minister.

Andrew Holness said it was a “humbling” defeat for his Jamaica Labour Party.

Congratulations Portia Simpson Miller. Now get to work!
