Tennis champion Serena Williams has been appointed Goodwill Ambassador for the children’s charity UNICEF.
UNICEF Executive Director Anthony Lake said,
“Serena Williams isn’t just a world tennis champion, she is a champion for children — and a passionate advocate for providing every child with a quality education… We are delighted that Serena is joining us as UNICEF’s newest Goodwill Ambassador and look forward to working together to win for children.”
UNICEF seems to appoint a new superstar Goodwill Ambassador every other month!
Anyway congratulations Serena. let’s hope she puts the title to good use and makes a significant difference in the lives of those children.
Rapper Lethal B claims in the video below to have sold 13,000 of his ’Dench’ T-Shirts.
For those who don’t know what ‘Dench’means then join the club! It’s some random word Lethal came up with one day and shouts out at every given opportunity.

I can understand his excitement but this isn’t normal behaviour. So many young black men in this country end up sectioned/detained under the Mental Health Act. I fear Lethal is heading down that road.

Lascel Wood
According to tabloid rag The Sun a video of X-Factor contestant Lascel Wood (20) performing a sex act on himself has been found on a hardcore porn website which charges people £5 to watch.
Lascel denies making the video and has refused to comment further.

Matt Cardle
Oh dear…..
2010 X-Factor winner Matt Cardle (who has been all but forgotten) is annoyed that X-Factor finalists One Direction and Cher Lloyd have released their singles before him while his project seems to have been put on the back burner by Simon Cowell.
He told the Sunday Mirror,
They’re competition and it is s**t they got to release before the winner of the actual show. It’s also worrying me that if One Direction decide to get slicker and go for more of an older market, then I’m stuffed too.
“It shouldn’t have happened really. Simon’s naughty. I just hope I’ll be able to cement myself into the charts before that happens. Otherwise I’ll be fuming. I can’t win unless I have an album that does the talking, and I think it does.
“If I had my album finished by the time Cher Lloyd and One Direction got their tracks in the charts then I would have been really bothered. But the truth is I wasn’t finished. Simon let me go away and co-write the album and work on this as a long-term project.”
Oh Matt you should know by now that when it come’s to X-Factor the finalists nearly always end up doing better than the actual winner (Look at 09 winner Joe McElderry).
