The only people to benefit from this mess are Rio’s lawyers.

Married England footballer Rio Ferdinand’s attempts to suppress details of a long-term affair were crushed in the High Court yesterday – leaving him with a £500,000 bill.
In a landmark victory for press freedom, a judge ruled that banning publication would not be in the public
interest. Mr Justice Nicol said that Ferdinand, a former England captain, had a duty to maintain high standards ‘on and off the field’. Continue Reading….
The mistress is one fine looking woman..
Anyway…
I saw Rio on television last night and just shook my head. What a fool and what a waste of time and money fighting this case. Your wife hasn’t left you (those footballer wives never leave), you still play for Manchester United and earn an astronomical amount of money for kicking a ball around, so just move on.
DMX is back with the a new track/video Last Hope.
Last Hope sounds a little dated but I like it. I just hope DMX can now overcome his demons and stay out of prison.

A Premier League footballer was suspended from his club today after he was arrested over an alleged sex attack on a woman in the back of a taxi.
Titus Bramble, 30, was held by officers in the early hours after the cab driver became concerned by the player’s behaviour towards his fellow passenger. Instead of driving Bramble home, he took the pair straight to a nearby police station and alerted officers.
They then arrested the defender, who earns £40,000 a week playing for Sunderland, on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of a Class A drug.
Bramble was last night released on police bail over the alleged attack in Yarm, North Yorkshire, and left the police station in a black Mercedes.
A source said: ‘He was in a nightclub on the high street until about 2.30am. He then left the club and got into a taxi with a girl.
Today Bramble was suspended by his club which said in a statement: ‘Sunderland AFC has
confirmed that Titus Bramble has been suspended from duties, pending the outcome of a club investigation. Continue Reading…..
I wonder what evidence North Yorkshire police had to arrest him on suspicion of sexual assault. Just the word of a ‘concerned’ taxi driver? Hmmmm….
Anyway all I can do is shake my head. When will the likes of Titus Bramble in this country LEARN!!!
Organisers of the prestigious annual Mobo Awards are being urged by media and entertainment union BECTU to pay all staff working on this year’s event which is being staged at the SECC in Glasgow next Wednesday 5 October.
The appeal comes in response to an advertisement for runners and ushers to work on the event http://www.mobo.com/node/4638 which confirms that no payment is being offered. The union believes that Mobo is signalling an intention to breach the national minimum wage regulations; the Act stipulates that all work should be paid at least at the level of the national minimum wage.
The current national minimum wage (formally for the over-21s) is £5.93 per hour; this is set to rise to £6.08 on 1 October.
In a statement BECTU said the following
“Everyone will be asking themselves how a commercial enterprise, working within the context of a global, multi-million pound business, can think it is right to exploit weak enforcement of the national minimum wage by offering unpaid placements for what is responsible and business-critical work,”

……
Oh dear. But this is how the world of media works. There are so many young people lining up and willing to work for free within the entertainment industry, eager to get a foot in the door, and media organisations have been guilty of exploiting this eagerness for years. I don’t see this ever changing.
Check out rapper Pound Sterling’s new single and video Unfaithful.
..
The Track - Lyrics, flow and singing… there are no words. And I just hope he got clearance from Kanye first before using that sample.
The Video - Good acting.

It’s put everything in perspective. I have a different respect now for people who don’t have legs.
[Thanks Blockett]
Singer Jessie J tells Q Magazine that after breaking her ankle during a performance and having to hobble around wearing a cast, that she now understands the struggles people face who have no legs.
She then goes on to question her role with her fans.
People think you go to a special hospital, get special casts and treatment. It’s a lie – I’m the same as anyone else. And that was a moment when I had a proper good cry. Just after I broke my foot, I was in my living room and I put on Beyoncé’s ‘Save The Hero’, like, ‘If I’m not around, who saves the hero?’” And it made me realise, like, I need someone now. You give so much as an artist, you give, you give, you give.
* rubbing temples and shaking my head* – For goodness sake! Listen to yourself woman.
Angela Simmons is the latest celebrity to get naked for animal rights organisation PETA (It’s for PETA so it’s okay to stand naked using my hand to cover my vagina).
The daughter of Rev Run said,
“As a devout Christian, I feel it’s very important to show compassion for all of God’s creation—and adopting a vegetarian diet is the best way to keep innocent animals from suffering.”

“Eating meat is a sin” – Oh get lost! Who are they to judge those of us who love to tuck in to a juicy piece of red meat?
And I wonder what Angela’s father, that joke of a “holy man” Rev Run thinks of all this.
Anyway I want to know when the PETA campaign featuring Suge Knight is going to be released. His publicity firm came after me threatening legal action back in June over some off the cuff remarks I made about his up and coming campaign (click here to read). But now it’s all gone quiet.
Will this campaign ever see the light of day?
Enquiring minds would like to know…..
