Premier League footballer Calum Davenport called his pregnant sister a ‘whore’ and a ‘form of cancer’ before headbutting her and biting her face, a court heard today. 

Davenport, a former West Ham defender, launched the ferocious attack on his sister Cara after she fell pregnant to her mixed-race boyfriend, Luton Crown Court in Bedfordshire heard. 

Prosecutor Beverley Cripps said Miss Whitehurst, 29, was asleep in the house along with her four-year-old mixed race son, Calum Junior, when Davenport and his father woke her up. 

She said: ‘He went there when he was drunk and his father was also drunk. Cara was pregnant at the time and that fact seems to have caused the family, including Mr Davenport, a great deal of concern. 

‘At the house they started putting questions to her. Unfortunately the questions were made in terms that were very abusive. Cara’s son Calum Junior is mixed race and his father is unfortunately in jail.   

‘The father of the child she was carrying is also a mixed race gentleman.’  

The prosecutor said Calum Davenport, who sat in the dock in a grey shirt and yellow and grey tie, called his sister a ‘whore’ and made abusive comments. 

She said the family claimed they had to take financial responsibility for Calum Junior.

Cara’s boyfriend Worrell Whitehurst paid her brother Calum a visit after hearing about the alleged attack and stabbed him in both legs.  Whitehurst has pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm and is currently awaiting sentencing. 

“Nigger meat” ….well that’s a new one! 

This family just sounds sick and dysfunctional.

The trashy Daily Star reports that rapper/actor 50 Cent wants to help the “nation’s sweetheart” Cheryl Cole break… wait for it…. wait for it….. HOLLYWOOD!

Fiddy has allegedly said that he’ll broker a meeting between Cheryl and wait for it… wait for it……  ROBERT DE NIRO, to help the convicted batterer of toilet a nightclub attendant to break into acting.

I would love to get Cheryl involved in the movies. She is the queen of the music world at the moment and she can be the queen of Hollywood if that’s what she wants.

I am not talking about cameos in laughable movies. I am talking about proper, serious movie roles.

She is talented and I can see her taking that talent from the music industry into the film industry. I am going to set up a dinner in Robert’s restaurant in New York between the three of us and we can talk.

Does old Fiddy even know who the blasted woman is? And why are they bringing the great Robert De Niro in to this mess?

This has given me my biggest laugh of the day.

You know what? I can’t even be bothered to comment further on yet another ridiculously made up story, that paints Cheryl as being this ultra talented human being that every US star wants to work with.

England team member Wayne Rooney after loss

Weeks before the World Cup kicked off in South Africa, a visitor to the site accused me of being negative when I said that the England team didn’t stand a chance of winning the tournament.

Well guess what folks -  IT’S A WRAP!

Germany destroyed England’s “chances” of going home with the World Cup today in a highly controversial match.

Germany went on to easily win 4-1 after an encounter in which a wrongly disallowed goal had prevented England completing a comeback when the score stood at 2-1.

However Germany was the better side and England’s performance during the game and from the very start of the tournament had been DIRE (as predicted).

But now it looks as if the media is gearing up to blame England manager Fabio Capello for his team’s poor showing.  But as far as I am concerned it’s all down to the players. Those over-rated, over pampered bunch of LOSERS cannot go up against the big boys, and struggle to beat less experienced teams (e.g. Algeria and Slovenia).

They are a joke!

This country needs to focus on nurturing its young homegrown footballing talent ( the Under-21s) so that they can then go on to compete in future tournaments with ease.

Forget about Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, Terry and Heskey etc. Forget about the old guard. The focus should be on the next generation.

The German’s did just that and have put together an inexperienced but brilliant team of young players, who could now actually go on to win the World Cup.

If I was Capello I would just hand in my resignation and go on to manage a group of unspoilt players who are passionate, hungry and want to win.

Managing the England squad isn’t worth the time or effort.

Awww they finally let my boy Snoop in to the country. And UK rapper Tinie Tempah must still be on cloud 9 now.

That performance was pretty good.
