“Emotions” featuring Sarina Leah and Shaun Escoffery (release date 16th March 2010), is the debut single from UK hip hop legend Ty’s forthcoming album “Special Kind of Fool” on BBE. An uplifting bubbler featuring Ty’s trademark candor and inimitable flow, it’s an infectious dance floor music track, with depth. Look out for the remixes from heavyweight producers including Daz-I-Kue, Waajeed, Dego (4Hero) and Akwasi.
“Emotions” is also Mista Jam’s “Jam Hot” single of the week, and he will be chatting to Ty on his Radio 1Xtra show this Thursday (18th February) from 7pm!
I like this track. I like the old skool 80s vibe.
It’s rare that a Hip Hop track coming out of the UK makes me want to get up and dance. It gets the thumbs up from me.

When The Sky Falls is taken from the Shank film soundtrack (it’s the theme song), and also stars rapper Bashy.
When The Sky Falls is no Kidulthood to Adulthood, which as far as I am concerned is Bashy’s best track to date! But the youngsters will probably like it.
Too bad, dude was looking more like Bobby Brown performing “My Prerogative” circa 2002 — and just so we’re clear that wasn’t a compliment.
The best selling male artist of the last decade looked completely out of touch with today’s trends as he pranced around the stage with faux vocals and capri leather pants that one can only assume was a nod to Janet Jackson. Usher was also spotted in what appeared to be a fiber optic armored top that was clearly inspired by something out of a Madonna video circa 1998, and homoerotic dance moves that would make the likes of Clay Aiken squirm in his seat.
It was a mess from beginning to end, which makes me seriously ponder the circle that surrounds such a noted star. Who in his camp told dude, “yea that’s hot!” Because the person, or person[s] responsible needs to be fired STAT!
Oh dear.. ha ha ha ha! But I still love me some Usher.
According to Digital Spy UK ”super” group N-Dubz were forced to cancel a showcase for Def Jam Records in New York, after their flight was cancelled thanks to severe weather conditions.
The group was supposed to meet label head LA Reid last Thursday, but blizzard conditions in New York prevented their flight from departing London.

I can already feel the ‘mighty’ Jay-Z’s presence in the country. The crucifix around my neck is glowing red and burning in to my skin.
The UK just can’t seem to get enough of old Lucifer.
I await Live Nation’s over exaggerated announcement that tickets for Jay’s gigs have sold out in ”2 seconds”, and the constant arse kissing that will come from all directions.
The far-right group approved changes to its constitution to allow black and Asian people to join.
Leader Nick Griffin said he expected a ‘trickle, rather than a flood’ of applications from minorities, following the extraordinary general meeting held in Essex. ‘Anyone can be a member of this party. We are happy to accept anyone as a member providing they agree with us that this country should remain fundamentally British,’ he added.
The party was forced to act after the Central London County Court ordered it to comply with race relations laws or face legal action by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Mr Griffin said the party’s first non-white member – a Sikh called Rajinder Singh – would join soon.
‘I will be absolutely delighted to shake his hand and give him his membership card,’ he added. Continue Reading….
If this is true then Rajinder Singh must be a crack fiend and also one sad lonely man, desperate to join any organisation that will have him.
You are a FOOL Rajinder! A damn FOOL!!!
And as for you Mr Griffin lying through your rotten teeth, telling the media that you will be “absolutely delighted to shake his hand and give him his membership card”, you’re fooling no one!
I know Griffin will have the antiseptic hand wipes on stand by and is already plotting to set up Rajinder.
This is beyond ridiculous!
The BNP is an openly racist political party. Always has been, always will be! Let’s not pretend otherwise.
I know that ‘We Are The World’ has been re-recorded to help raise money for Haiti relief , (oh and let’s not forget, to celebrate it’s 25th anniversary) but some things are best left alone. The original track should never have been touched.
Lil Wayne and T-Pain “sing” their parts using autotune *HUGE SIGH*
The rap towards the end – This should have been scrapped. It just sounds so out of place.
Wyclef – I’m sorry but he sounds awful!
The video looks like it should be a part of a comedy sketch, which takes a sarcastic look at celebrities contributing to the making of a charity single.
But I haven’t forgotten that this is in fact real and has all been done for charity. I hope the re-release/updated version goes on to some how better the lives of Haiti’s earthquake victims.
