What can I say about siblings The Wee Papa Girl Rappers….
They were the poor man’s Salt ‘n’ Pepa UK style.
They were MAINSTREAM!!!!!
I wasn’t a fan at all! But they did manage to walk away with two top ten hit singles under their belts back in the late 80s, and if my memory serves me correctly their debut album didn’t do too badly either……
‘We Rule’ Circa 1988
‘Heat It Up’ Circa 1988
I wonder where they are now……

Rapper Busta Rhymes has been detained at London’s City Airport after being refused entry to the UK because of “unresolved convictions” in the US.
The star arrived on Thursday morning to perform at a charity gig on Friday.

The 36-year-old is now being held while officials debate whether to let him enter the UK, the gig’s organiser said.
“We are selective about who we let into the UK and will oppose the entry to the UK of people who have been found guilty of serious criminal offences abroad,” a UK Borders Agency spokeswoman said.
It’s important that people play by the rules and earn the right to stay.” Continue Reading….
That spokeswoman is chatting out of her arse!
“It’s important that people play by the rules and earn the right to stay.”
Busta’s here to perform at a charity event. He isn’t planning on absconding and becoming an illegal immigrant! WTF????
“We are selective about who we let into the UK”
Why don’t you do us all a favour and say what you really mean, you stupid cow.
Busta was here last month and sometime before that! There was no issue with him entering the country then so why is there one now???
And I wasn’t aware that Busta still had “unresolved convictions” in the USA.
This is pure unadulterated BULLS**T!
This has been on the cards for about a year and a half now. I guess now it’s “official”.
Well… this will be interesting. Actually this union could prove to be a successful one for Sway. He’s a grafter and will make it work. Unlike some UK artists I could mention (ahem.. ahem.. Wiley), who sign to majors/their subsidiaries and then head for the hills when it suddenly dawns on them that they will be expected to WORK!!!!
