WYCLEF JEAN SUED BY JACOB THE JEWELLER
According to the BBC News website multi-millionnaire rapper/producer Wyclef Jean, owes an incarcerated Jacob Arabov aka Jacob The Jeweller money.
“Rap star Wyclef Jean is being sued by a New York jeweller which claims the performer owes the company money.
Jacob & Co alleges Mr Jean has not paid for over $300,000 (£150,000) worth of watches and jewellery.
The company’s founder, Jacob Arabov, known as the “king of bling”, was jailed in June by a Detroit judge for lying to investigators of a drug ring.
Mr Jean, who gained fame as a member of the The Fugees, has not commented on the legal action. “
