VIDEO: USHER DEFENDS HIS WIFE ON MTV’S TRL
I respect Usher’s stance here, defending Tameka’s honour in such a public fashion.
At first the commentary online about their union was funny (let’s face it she did initially come across as being a bit of a dubious character), but now it’s gotten out of hand.
Why is Usher being punished for falling in love with Tameka and for making her his wife? What is that all about???
There are a few bloggers out there that have been relentless, damn right fierce, practically praying for this marriage to crash and burn, and for Tameka’s downfall….
Last week rumours spread like wild fire about a possible split ( I refused to post), some bloggers seemed to be breaking out the champagne upon hearing the news….which turned out to be FALSE!
There are celebrities out there who deserve to be dragged over hot coals, but Usher isn’t one of them.
People just need to leave him and his wife be!

I have new found respect for Usher, I couldn’t care less about what’s going on in his marriage but I have to respect him publicly defending his wife.
I never would have expected that from him. he really has grown.
I think all the negative remarks just got to him….
